Last year was my first appointment with Dr. Zarek and I loved the whole experience. This year they had to reschedule my yearly appointment. I went in and had to wait for 2 hours, which I understand happens. The part I don't understand and am upset about was the 15 min. appointment. The Dr. asked me follow up questions about our appointment from last year. Because I answered those questions they went ahead and billed me for an office visit.
