Very nice staff. Avoid Mondays if you can!
Everyone here has been amazing from when I was trying to conceive to my prenatal care. I mostly saw the midwives for all of my prenatal care and they were wonderful . But what really set my experience a part has been the postpartum care. Dr Harrison sat down and took the time to chat with me and my husband during one of the hardest experiences of my life. i adore sarah harrison! as someone who’s medically anxious she’s truly so kind and lovely. i didn’t want to review her because i want to gatekeep her and not struggle to get in when she’s too busy but honestly, she’s really a kind doctor and she’s one of those doctors you wish you could go to for all medical issues just because she’s so great. i don’t see her often, only routinely but the times i do see her she’s great! her team is kind too.
I will never step into this doctor's office again. I would never recommend anyone to go to Sarah Harrison. Firstly, the staff treated me very poorly and were extremely unprofessional. Secondly, the doctor did not seem to care about my concerns at all. Lastly, they did nothing to try to help with anything. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. This is the worst OBGYN department I have seen/ been to last year I made an appointment to be seen in January and got called to reschedule as the doctor would no longer be available( the are still working there),They the reschedule me for two months later. Had an appointment this year for April and now just got a call to reschedule again cus it got double booked in their system and the next available is a month later in May. I highly do not recommend.
