Best ear cleaning ever. I feel like the world is new and the birds are chirping (or have they been chirping this whole time and I couldn’t hear them? Well, who cares? Bc now I can hear everything!). 10/10 recommend.
Not an MD. Sore throat for 14 days when I saw her. Getting worse. She ordered throat culture. Came back as a bacterial infection. Still getting worse and now at day 20. Tried to call to ask for a prescription. Got a call center who entered a message “high priority”. No response. What in the hell is this office even? It says ENT but there seem to be ZERO doctors associated with it. So not waste your time.
She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly, so I can understand. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. I came to Sarah with ear problems that have been plaguing me for months (likely Eustachian tube dysfunction, but she wasn't able to fully diagnose this). She did a passing check of my ears and showed me a chart of my ear, showing the inner tube that she believed was swollen.
