Dr. Frederick and her staff go above and beyond to help their patients. She is the only gynecologist that has ever truly advocated for me to get the help that I needed. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. These are rare traits to find in the medical profession and she embodies them all.
While I did have high hopes for my visit due to reviews, I have to say I left humiliated and with no more answers when I left than when I came in with. Her staff were great however.
I'm new to the area and chose Dr. Frederick for my first gynecology appointment since I moved, and I'm very glad I did. Dr. Frederick was very patient and attentive. The rest of her staff were kind as well.
Dr. Frederick herself has been pretty good to me. However, I am considering changing doctors because I cannot reach her or the office directly. When you call their "local" number, it goes to a call center. The people in the call center have a hard time understanding me and are not helpful. My 1st visit was today and I had a great experience. Dr. Fredrick very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Her staff were also professional.
