Walking in this store is a surprise and an amazing experience. The dresses are gorgeous the price points are reasonable. The male sale represent and the female represent North provided excellent customer service. They have beautiful dresses but when it comes to the owners wife and the seamstress they use . I would never come back to this place again . Such miscommunication between these people in the store and people doing what they want to do even after a conversation of a plan . I can say the lady who works with the store is wonderful and wish I remembered her name. The seamstress does not know how to take in a dress after 3-4 x of fixing a dress . I came here to look for my daughters last dress and recieved the best help from two ladies. Both were very considerate of my situation and helped me fined the perfect dress. My daughter was covered very well in a beautiful dress. The staff are amazing and are greatly appriciated for the services and care presented to me. I also received a crown for my daughters appearance and it was beautiful. I recommend that others go here for your gorgeous gowns. Thank you again!
My sister and best friend both bought gorgeous dresses from here. So when I had an issue with a dress I bought from a different retailer, I came here to see if they can help. The owner and sales associate, Nour, we’re so kind, patient and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing selection of dresses and one of the nicest dress stores in Brooklyn.
Nour was so helpful, she was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. I was looking for my prom dress here, there was limited in stock but she was more than happy to get the sizes and colors I needed in stock for me to try! She was by far the shining star of that shop!!
