I was dismissed from this practice, after seeing the provider for years because I was “rude” with someone. I was having pretty concerning issues, and I called expressing the concerns. Staff informed me I would get a call back in so many days. I called back, and asked why no one returned my call. She is honestly amazing. She makes you comfortable and actually listens.
Everything below is likely accurate for when she is selling you her service. When problems arise and you need real help from your Dr. you will get lucky if you get a caring email. I updated my review because 8 days after I started HRT I had a bunch of awful side effects hit me. I honestly thought it was the end of my road. I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit as a new patient to your office, as it left me deeply disappointed. After scheduling my appointment over a year ago, I was looking forward to establishing care with Dr. Bartlett. Upon arrival, I found the office location and entry process to be quite confusing, as Dr. Bartlett’s name was not listed among the 30 other doctors in the front lobby directory. My OBGYN retired so I was referred from Christ Hospital to Dr Bartlett. After her diagnosis of my situation, I decided to get a second opinion. I recommend getting second opinions from another OBGYN if you have to do an expensive procedure.
