There are still some good people here--Dr. Mandeville is amazing--but their capacity to provide care for the community of Waupaca is much diminished since they stupidly and irresponsibly closed the labor and delivery unit last year (note that two of the very few positive reviews are all about the great perinatal care!), fired one of their most beloved family medicine doctors for arguing against the closure, and drove away several other providers.
I have my reasons for why this place is a disaster. I really hope they investigate some of these doctors (one specific lobby especially) and they find new doctors willing to travel to Waupaca. Something must be done soon, worst rated thedacare I've seen so far. The ladies at the front desk need to be the first to GO, they have hideous attitudes. The 5 star review: my doctor doesnt like to refill my meds. What are we doing..
Not to impressed with the attitude of some of the specialty staff in waupaca. Lady who checked me in to dr deroche was kinda rude and snobby
Simply put.....complete garbage. Horrible communication between them and your pharmacy. Have gotten my appointment dates/ reminders wrong but of course it's always your fault for showing up the wrong day
