Kristy from Sarah Delaine Beauty was wonderful to work with. She was warm, easygoing, and very attentive to what I wanted for my bridal look. After the trial, she took my feedback thoughtfully and ensured that everything was perfect on the wedding day. She worked efficiently and beautifully, styling six different hairstyles that morning, each of which looked polished and elegant. We are so grateful for Kristy’s talent, professionalism, and care in making everyone look and feel their best.
I will start out by saying that everyone in my bridal party, including myself, looked amazing on the day of the wedding, but there were definitely some hiccups to reach that result. Initially, communication was excellent, all of my questions were answered, and I felt very confident in booking Sarah Delaine. After payment, communication went downhill.
