Sarah is exceptional.
Dr Crosswhite is good, but the assistant at the desk Tatiana was nasty, arrogant, and unpleasant. Arrived late due to an accident on the road, and called to let them know that I was late. She had an unpleasant attitude, and was disrespectful acting like a robot. Don’t know if it is her nature or was having a bad day. Bad impression for the practice. Lacks patient’s manners.
Sarah is my absolute favorite care provider. She genuinely cares about her patients! She never rushes through appointments, and answers questions and concerns very clearly. She actually listens to you. I feel so comfortable with her and absolutely love the care she provides. I enjoy having her as my care provider so much I drive about an hour to see her. Thank you for always being a top notch provider!
