The first time I went to see Sarah I felt in a very anxious state and a bit of a mess! I can’t tell you how brilliant the whole experience was for me The room and the calm that surrounded me was just what I needed and even though I felt inside unsure of how I would feel during the treatment the effect and the aftermath it’s had on me has been amazing. I knew I made the right choice by finding Sarah and will continue to go. I can’t reccomend her enough

Had a very relaxing reflexology session with Sarah. I can't believe how accurately she diagnoses your body by working on your feet. Amazing.
Sarah is amazing! My partner found Sarah’s page when I was expecting and I had treatment throughout my pregnancy. I have continued to see Sarah and I can honestly say the hour I have treatment has to be the most relaxed my body has ever felt. Sarah’s knowledge and technique is perfection.
