Dr. Canavan is a role model for all physicians. Her depth of experience and knowledge are evident. Her concern and care made me feel at ease. Then there is her ability to tune in 100% to my concerns and be present in the most assuring way. Can’t recommend her enough!
Terrible. Officious, over-bearing, disrespectful, who actually knows very little about anything at all. Not gentle, not knowledgeable, not honest. A disaster both in the office and in surgery. Stay away from her.
If you are in need of a GI Dr. then Dr. Sarah Canavan is the one to see .. Her bed side manners are amazing, she truly cares about her Patients and she will listen to all of your concerns, and she will do this without rushing you, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and at ease when you are with her, it is always a pleasure to see her and her awesome Staff, they are all great people as well .. Excellent physician and very informative!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Canavan is wonderful! I came to her for my first colonoscopy to screen for colon cancer at age 50. (NEW recommended age is now 45 with no family history of colon cancer) This colonoscopy saved my life. Dr. Canavan found and removed a tumor which pathology came back at stage 3 colon cancer. Dr. Canavan was so kind, and compassionate when she broke the news to me and she walked with me through recommendations for a wonderful surgeon, Dr. Casillas-Romero for my colon resection and the best... read more
