Excellent care with Dr. Lackermann!
Dr. Lackermann does take time to answer questions. However, she has canceled my last two appointments without an explanation. The latest cancellation was this morning and an hour before my scheduled appointment. If I had known about the cancellation a few days earlier, I wouldn't have requested time off from work. I will be looking for another PCP.
