I called Dr Hulls office on 10 16 23 and was treated very rudely by the Receptionist. I only ask a question can my dads meds refill be saved into the system because it was my 3rd time speaking to someone about his meds and no info was saved. The receptionist answered my question with Statements and then she ignored me. mind you I help take care of my dad but I don’t always have his info handy. Dr Hull is awesome and very pleasant but Some of the Receptionist are clearly not on the same page.
