My 4 year old son was seen in the ER of sarah bush yesterday the 21st of January and we had the MOST AMAZING experience. From the receiving desk , Ms Pam was so quick and efficient in bringing us to the triage nurse. Kyle the triage nurse was absolutely knowledgeable , smart and very quick to respond and brought us to the room right away. Our ER nurse Chris is truly amazing. I actually had a great experience here came i for bleeding during pregnancy and they took fast care of me. There's a nurse here that is super sweet and kind. Yes was a little bit of a wait in the room but overall great experience.
Absolutely horrible place to go, they treat you like dirt and think leaving you out in the hallway is ok, unbelievable treatment I wouldn't recommend anyone put yourself or loved one through that, emergency department rooms are gross old outdated and look like they don't get cleaned, hard to believe they get away with that, definitely makes you wonder if the rest of the hospital is like this, always heard horrible things about this place and now I've experienced it first hand..
