Only bad experiences.
Never had a bad experience that was within the control of the fine people working here. Any time i have an issue with my account or anything like that they are always very nice in assisting me.
Tried calling for help for a friend that was having issues. They stated that was not the purpose of this facility. I asked for recommendations for other facilities. They were rude and put me on hold for over 10min. Rude and uncaring.
This place is a joke. I been waiting almost 5 months for an appointment and when I called last week they told me they were waiting on medical records from another state. While you're waiting on those records you are refusing to see me. I don't want a doctor like that in charge of my treatment. A good doctor will still agree to see and treat you regardless of having past records and They base their decision on what they observe. These are not good doctors in my opinion and
