This is the 2nd time I have worked with Sarah. Both times have been an absolute pleasure. She is always happy to help in anyway and has made the buying/selling process a breeze. I needed to sell my house in a short time frame. She made that happen with no problem, while also getting a price that was above my expectations.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars here! Sarah helped my husband and I buy our first home in May. What I thought was gonna be a dreadful experience based on the market and our budget was the exact opposite thanks to Sarah. We ended up closing on our home a month later! She really went to bat for us with the seller/ sellers agent getting us a better deal than we asked for! So glad we had her help, especially with it being our first time buying- she clearly went above and beyond with her research!
