Dr B is an amazing doctor! She truly cares about her patients by taking the time needed to explain your medical condition in terms you can understand, the appropriate procedure and follows you through your recovery. The front desk is extremely pleasant and helpful and the nurses who check you friendly. Pam who is responsible for scheduling surgery has the patience of a saint and is understanding throughout the process. The experience is far from typical. Dr B was truly an angel from above she appeared to us after my son had an ercp and they found a mass she then took him for robotic surgery and removed his mass . She was so skilled and professional with the needed empathy that's hard to find these days. She was such a support to us and made us feel he was in the best hands. His surgery went perfectly and he is recovering well, I cannot express the gratitude we have for her . I would recommend Dr B to anyone needing surgery especially robotic surgery. As a physician, you are able to judge a physician by their office staff. A+ from first appointment to surgery itself. Dr B is wonderful. Skilled, thorough, great listener and easy to talk to. Soup to nuts, didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend her
The only downside of having Sarah as a surgeon is pronouncing her last name. She did an excellent job with me, but even better, talked with my wife, explained everything that would happen, and was very communicative, which helped put her at ease before my surgery. She is truly a warm provider with a great bedside manner. The whole experience at RWJ Somerset where she operates, is top notch, efficient, and first class. I have already referred a neighbor to her.
