I've been seeing Maggie for acupuncture for several years now. At this point, I can feel my shoulders relax as soon as I arrive in the office! Maggie is incredibly attuned, takes her time to listen and practice, and is always personable. The space at Sarah Biffen feels intentional, relaxing, and like the practitioners have thought of everything. I cannot recommend this studio, or Maggie, more highly.
Sarah has been a key part of my healing team as I've grappled with chronic illness. She listens deeply and is so sweet and resourceful. Her sessions were a staple of my weeks when I was really struggling. Every one of our sessions I walk out calmer, and my nervous system feels reset. If only I could recreate the same effect by myself at home! I'm so grateful I found her.
