The staff are very friendly and attentive. The provider is always willing to go above and beyond to get the issue resolved, and she notices the main details during every visit
Dr. Payne-Poff is WONDERFUL!!! She cares, listens and works to provide the patient with best quality care and comfort. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her as part of our son's care team!
During the pandemic, I was double-billed for a routine visit. The appointment was for bloodwork, but that was denied and put off until 2 months later. I paid the usual bill amount and fought the extended visit fee with the Better Business Bureau. Now it has been sent to collections. I have found a new rheumatologist.
