Sarah is probably one if the best therapist around. I had chronic problems with my sholder for years. Decades even. She worked with me and has made a tremendous difference in my health and well being, but every day life. Know that I feel better, I continue to go to her to keep my muscles staying loose. Self care at its best.
Sarah is awesome! A great massage therapist in a nice and calming setting. What’s even better is that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is willing to offer advice and suggestions on how to improve any problem areas you may have. Highly recommended!
