I have been seeing Sarah for a number of years off & on, because sometimes I think my mind needs a good ol workout, which I call, "the gym for my mind." Sarah has a way of getting you to see things more clearly, by having those 'aha' moments without you realising she's doing that to you. Now that's a sign of a good Therapist. I highly recommended Sarah.
My husband and I started seeing Sarah at a low point in our relationship this year (Covid has so much to answer for). While we have a very strong and loving relationship, we were struggling to communicate and let go. We started seeing Sarah weekly in the beginning and from the get go she was honest and open and challenged our past behaviours. We had amazing results and I have since gone on to work with Sarah on my own. I feel seen, heard and safe in her presence. I can not recommend Sarah enough !!
Sarah is caring non judgemental and a great listener,all the things a good therapist should be. she helped me see things more clearly in a time of depression and i'm a much more positive person today,thanks to her.
