Unfortunately I found Sarah very JUDGEMENTAL and showed no compassion, support and quite rude in her approach. She dropped the F Bomb a couple of times to which I found extremely unprofessional and definitely not called for. When someone is searching for clarity, support and understanding with problems in life, you would hope that the person sitting in front of you wants to listen to your story and assist in finding a healthy balanced solution, what I received back was not what I call a professional Psychotherapist.
Sarah is amazing, I am so glad I found her! I have been to many different therapists to try to find the right person and never seen the same benefit as I do with Sarah. She's compassionate and empathetic, and she validates my feelings, but also helps me make sense of my thoughts, and challenges my perspective when appropriate. She's helped me through some really tough relationship challenges and I'm so grateful to have her support - thank you, Sarah!

Sarah is very engaging and able to explain concepts that affect relationship dynamics in a manner that is easily understood. This has helped me understand myself and in turn improve the way I show up in my relationship. You won’t get wishy washy from Sarah either - expect to hear it the way it is coupled with some good strategies and ideas. Highly recommended.
