I love this store and have shopped here for years. Have met the owners (Johnny & Sarah) while looking for something they didn’t sell anymore and they knew so much that I took the suggested replacement and it works wonderfully well! Most of the time, the other employees know all the answers I need, and it’s a rare occasion the ladies do not. But even when they don’t, they try to figure it out or get you to another employee or one of the owners or somewhere else that can. I had a good experience with this store up until now. Unfortunately, I was recently misled about their exchange policy. An employee told me I could exchange an item, only for the owner to later inform me that exchanges are only allowed at his discretion. What’s frustrating is the inconsistency—especially since I’ve exchanged items in the past and even paid more for the replacements without any issue.
