I had a good experience with this store up until now. Unfortunately, I was recently misled about their exchange policy. An employee told me I could exchange an item, only for the owner to later inform me that exchanges are only allowed at his discretion. What’s frustrating is the inconsistency—especially since I’ve exchanged items in the past and even paid more for the replacements without any issue.
