Called to make an appointment and their next available is 2 months away...that's crazy. And they want $100 deposit to even schedule a consult. I'll find somewhere else.
Dr. Bartlett and her technician, Kelly, were absolutely wonderful with my cat, Winnie Noel. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. I came away with a clear understanding of my cat’s condition and the recommended course of treatment. The young lady at the front desk was also a joy. I highly recommend this facility and team.
Unfortunately, I did not feel the cost of the visit was justified. No clear diagnosis was provided, and I left with the same daily routine I had already explained I was already following. Based on my experience, there are other veterinary dermatology clinics that offer more advanced care and better value for the cost I’m glad the receptionist was cordial and respectful, which is why I’m giving one star.
My dog is allergic to everything green and she is 1/2 hound — these people will do everything they can with a smile.
