Bill McDonald and his entire team were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were always available, which is essential when dealing with an out of state purchase. The time zone difference didn't matter, Bill and his team were on top of everything. Closing was smooth and easy.
The whole team was amazing! I’m not going to sugarcoat it—buying my first home was scary, and the underwriting process felt overwhelming at times.
