I just wanna shout out my good doctor Sarah Assem Dr. Awesome* lol! I was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (UCTD). I'm not happy about the diagnosis but I'm happy she recognized and sent me to a rheumatologist. I've only been her patient since May of this year 2020*. I've had 4 primary care physicians my whole life and none of them connected the dots, until now. For a while, I'd been feeling like my body was breaking down. I kept attributing it to "getting old". Sarah is my Mom’s Doctor. I can’t say enough good things about her. Whenever my Mom has a problem she is always quick to run the proper diagnostics needed to find out what’s going on. She always gets my Mom answers as quickly as possible. Just want to thank you Sarah and the team at Vancouver Clinic for all you do!
