Y'all let me tell you... This is the yoga experience I needed! First, Sarah moves with you... what I mean by that is you can be brand new, a seasoned yogi, having pain, or just wanting to relax.. and she's got ya! I thought I knew what I was doing and rather than ridicule (as I've been in other classes) she will gently come to you, ask if she can help adjust your posture, and teach you "why" so you better understand and learn. Sarah is a knowledgeable, fun, and adaptive instructor. She provides the proper name and common name for all poses and sequences she teaches. She pushes you to work hard through your yoga practice, while offering modifications for asanas that may be too difficult. Best of all, she bring joy and happiness to her practice, making her classes relaxing and holistic!

Sarah’s yoga classes provide an opportunity for the mind and body to ground, awaken, energize, expand and refreshen. Sarah’s sequences are thoughtfully constructed and adaptable to all levels. Sarah incorporates pranayama into her classes and teaches her students how to link their breath and movement. Sarah provides helpful alignment cues and encourages students to kindly find their edge at that moment rather than pushing to meet an expectation.
