It’s extremely rude to cancel your clinic after someone already drove an hour for an app and had already checked in 30 min prior I understand the system is done but I have worked through downed systems at TCH. It sucks but it is possible esp when you don’t need an xray Super disappointing
I was greeted and helped right away. The procedure was done. And I was on my way. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
