I had seen Dr. Jane Adams here for 3 years. During this time, I noted chronic pelvic pain, horrible periods, and anemia for how heavy my periods were. Every. Single. Visit. I was given pamphlets and stories about birth control and IUDs, never once getting any indication about wanting to find out what was happening with my body. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I was born with disabilities that required me to be on medication. I was on these medications prior to going to this place, which was a mistake. The place is drama-infested. The nurses lie, the primary care team lies, and they don't listen to your well-being. Just a month ago, I was randomly discharged without a reason or even a phone call. I really don’t want to give any stars for my review, because the clerk JANE that works at the apothecary should NOT be in customer service!!She doesn’t even deserve one star!!She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met!!York Hospital’s moto is Loving, Caring.I think JANE needs to be reminded of this ASAP!!My daughter has been having procedures done in the Special Procedures unit of this hospital every Monday for the last three months.My daughter’s doctor sends her prescription to be filled every week so we can pick i... read more
