My husband had his new patient visit with Dr Sargent and everything seemed to go well and she seemed to have a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, we have become extremely disappointed with her care. If you're looking for a physician who truly cares about you as a human, and is not just moving through the day of appointments, Dr. Sargent is it. Period. She is the most empathetic primary care physician I have ever met in my 40 years of life. I am truly blessed to have found her and that she had availability for both me and my husband to onboard as new patients. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Day-Sargent. That was my first time seeing her because my regular PCP did not have any appointments available & I needed to be seen that day. Dr. Day-Sargent misdiagnosed my pneumonia as viral & said to take over the counter decongestant. I explained to her that I had the same problem with identical symptoms of labored breathing caused by pneumonia in December 2021 & was hospitalized. Today was my first encounter with this practice and Dr. Sargent. I had the best experience with this professional team. I felt valued and truly cared for. I am thankful for Dr. Sargent and all the staff.
