From the very first phone call, she was so patient and explained everything clearly. Her daughter who did my braids is amazing – so gentle, kind, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and it didn’t hurt at all! The result is beautiful and I absolutely love it. I’m so happy I chose them and will definitely recommend! 💕
