This was my very first time getting braids and I was honestly nervous – both about how they would look and about the pain. From the very first phone call, she was so patient and explained everything clearly. Her daughter who did my braids is amazing – so gentle, kind, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and it didn’t hurt at all! The result is beautiful and I absolutely love it. I’m so happy I chose them and will definitely recommend! 💕
