They did not respond to any of the voicemails I left. They did not respond to contact form on their website. They were recommended to me by my real estate agent but I have no idea why since they don't even call you back. It looks like they did me a favor by making me look elsewhere for insurance. If they don't want to respond to a call requesting insurance you can be pretty sure they would also not respond if you ever had to file a claim.
