Not only was Dana fast, responsive, and personable, but he knows the chemistry of what he's doing and offered me numerous insights on the how and why of carpet care that I can make use of on my own. Can't recommend SaraCares enough. His prices reflect what you get - knowledge, experience, speed, reliability etc.
Hassle-free pickup and drop off. Our old white rug we left in storage for years came back fresh and clean, plus knowledge gained on what went into cleaning the material. I missed my initial delivery but Dana graciously offered to deliver the rug again, and we were able to have it just before Christmas. Can’t ask for a better service and support than that. Given how easy it was, I shall never need to worry about rug cleaning again in the future. Wish your team a very happy Christmas and new year!

We really appreciated Dana’s hard work to get our older couches and lazy boy sparkling clean. Arrived as scheduled, extremely careful working around our home, and very knowledgeable about all kinds of upholstery fabrics. Like an early Christmas present!
