Michael personally attended the site and provided thoughtful expert advice on what would best suit the area. The service really was exceptional which included Michael bringing a number of rugs into our home to help us with the final selection.
The service is first class. We needed two large rugs for open plan, complementary but not identical. Michael brought rugs to our home and offered advice but never pushy. Went back to the shop for more until we found perfect pair. Can't praise enough. Thank you.
