Maddie at Sara Walker Events made our USA Shooting Road to The 2028 LA Olympics event, at Palm Beach Shooting Park and Mar a Lago, a total success. Highest netting fundraiser we've ever had, and every one had a great time. Thank you Maddie Grace, thank you Sara Walker!
I have had a personal and professional event catered by SWE and every detail was a amazing! Their attention to detail was more than I could have asked for! They thought of things that I would have never thought of on my own.They took all of the stress and pressure away.and made both events a huge success!! Maddie was amazing before, during, and after the event and even checked in days after both events to make sure we were happy with their services!! All of my future events will be with SWE!!
My husband and I hired Sara Walker Events a few months ago to assist in hosting our baby shower. It all seemed to be going well until 2 days before our event, and we were still waiting on a response about how to choose entrees, drinks, ect from our venue catering, and they hadn’t been answered. We were then sent the phone number to the venue manager and it is then that we learned they didn’t know we were still having the event!! I photographed an event Sara Walker Events coordinated. The events planning and timeline was seamless, her team was a pleasure and Sara herself is such a gem. She is communicative, kind and has an eye for beautiful designs. I highly recommend her for events or weddings and look forward to working with her again.
