Unprofessional and Unreliable, 0 communication skills either
I booked in here a few weeks back to get lashes ready for my holiday. I get a text a few days prior to my appointment saying she’s decided to not work mornings so she’s cancelling my appointment with yes was very annoying seeing as I planned everything around this appointment. Being in the beauty industry myself it was quite difficult to move my clients around. Anyway, we change it to 7pm the same day no problems. I arrived just before 7 and notice the shop had been shut.
