Dr is sweet office staff will have your blood pressure up by the time you get in . Canceled appointments reschedule appointments gaslights you smart mouths poor communication bad attitude passive aggressive and bad at getting paperwork done in general make life harder. Its a shame a good Dr has such poor staff. She's too kind in my opinion to see their mess.
Sara Thacker, AGNP-BC has been my primary care physician for several years now and ALL my experiences have been excellent!! Very polite, clean, patient, concerning of my well being, and extremely knowledgeable!!! Recommend to all family and friends!!

Turned away for being late at 7:20 a.m. needless to say that I won't be returning. Attendant up front acted like she didn't know anyone had an appointment. She was very rude. Then she told me Sara Thacket said she couldn't see me due to me being late. I have never in my life seen this before. My time is just as valuable as there's. Their policy is terrible! I'm looking at this as if God was protecting me from this place. Just don't, people.
