The whole process from consult, pre-op, surgery, and follow-up was easy & well-done. I chose Dr. Dickie because I wanted a female surgeon, she has her own private practice in coordination w Illinois Bone & Joint surgery center, and an excellent portfolio of work. I have a crazy high-deductible insurance plan that I never meet, so I appreciated the out-of-pocket pricing. Dr. Dickie is not just gifted and skilled surgeon, she is an extremely caring person. She went way above and beyond for multiple of my family members and many of my patients over the years. She has helped with skin cancer removal, reconstruction post Mohs, atypical mole removal, cosmetic procedures and post burn care with amazing results and incredible kindness. I highly recommend her.

I’m finding myself disappointed with my experience and the quality of service I received here. I had a couple of moles removed last year and both left scars (expected) and a chicken pox scar that required subcision, but that is not the reasoning for my review. I was told to back check in after a year as scars from excision take between 12 to 18 months to mature.
