I came in with extreme shoulder and neck pain from an injury, and after just one session I felt at least 75% better. She is incredibly intuitive, with an amazing skill set and such deep knowledge of the body. Amazing therapy experience! I started seeing Sara after a car accident caused neck and upper back issues. She is especially great with neck issues and told me '"the neck is my jam" during my 1st consultation. Her method involves active release of the muscles and in my experience is more effective. I also love the space she creates with many live plants and relaxing music.
Sara is Awesome! Been going to this place for 2 years now and she's able to get the knots out of me while also able to be gentle and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
