Amazing therapy experience! I started seeing Sara after a car accident caused neck and upper back issues. She is especially great with neck issues and told me '"the neck is my jam" during my 1st consultation. Her method involves active release of the muscles and in my experience is more effective. I also love the space she creates with many live plants and relaxing music.
Sara is Awesome! Been going to this place for 2 years now and she's able to get the knots out of me while also able to be gentle and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
Sara does a fantastic job with massages. A super nice lady that is easy to talk to and she listens to your concerns. She is the only massage therapist that I have found that really digs deep and gets into the problem and takes care of it. I recommend her to anyone needing a really great healing massage. Chris
