After searching through MANY OB's, Dr. Sara Ruiz and the Highlands office is the only place where I feel at home. I wouldn't trust any other practice to deliver baby! She is so personable, calm, caring, knowledgeable, and treats me like family. ALL the staff is so nice and the sonographers Cathy and Julie are out of this world! Highlands is the ultimate luxury OBGYN office in Greenville that gives you the personable boutique private practice experience :)
