Very warm and conscientious team of professionals!
I left this appointment feeling dismissed and discouraged. I came in after a recent ER visit, hoping for further evaluation and at least some basic assessment. I asked about testing and was told to “try pills” instead. Not even a physical exam was performed. I understand that not every concern requires extensive testing, but I expected a somewhat thorough evaluation and discussion of next steps. Excellent care all around. Becky at the front desk was helpful and very welcoming. Shirley, the medical assistant was also great. Very thorough. Lastly Dr Robison was a great provider for a well woman’s exam. I hadn’t been to see an OB/GYN in almost seven years (or any doctor for that matter) and am overweight. I’m accustomed to some level of judgement or condescension about my weight, taking care of myself, etc. I didn’t experience anything like that here.
