Sara Peternell is wonderful. After searching for a "nutritionist near me," I found her website and knew immediately that this was the right fit. Her deep knowledge of family nutrition and Hashimoto's has inspired both me and my family to live more active and balanced lives. If you're in the Denver or Wheat Ridge area, I highly recommend her.
This woman literally saved my life. I was so weak I could barely get out of bed. Trying to navigate the ins and outs of a broken medical system was hell as I waited months for appointments only to deal with doctors ordering me incorrect labs or cancelling last minute. Sara was so knowledgable, she found the issues with my hormones right away. I am still in recovery but I am doing so much better thanks to her.
