I would highly recommend Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors for all your decorating needs. Sara and her team have been so wonderful to work with. They listen to your needs/wants, they bring your dreams to reality, and make the whole design process less stressful. They helped us design/decorate most of the first floor of our home and we are so happy with how everything turned out.
When doing business with Sara I noticed she was very unprofessional and took matters into her own hands when take my request and turning my words into something that it was not. In result of this she refused to refund my money when she had not even assisted me. She canceled and took my funds and with serval attempts to get my funds back to denied each one. Now I am left going through my bank to receive my funds back. Which is ridiculous why would you take someones Money when no services were pro-formed.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with Sara Brennan. My experience was not only frustrating but also deeply upsetting, especially as it impacted a significant milestone in my family's life—my daughter's graduation. Initially, I was excited to work with Sara and had entrusted her with my plans, investing over $2,000 in services that I believed would help us celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event.
