While Dr. Coca is lovely, the receptionists at the call center are terrible. They made it extremely clear that they don't care about your health or the health of your unborn child. Such a sad situation too because Dr. Coca was wonderful.
I had my first visit with Dr. Coca & she is great! She took her time, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She did not rush the appointment at all. She made the exam nice and easy, very gentle. Definitely recommend. Staff has been very friendly & helpful as well!

I had a really exceptional experience with Heather the NP. I was the first appointment and no one except Heather was in yet. She took care of everything. Ensured I had a comprehensive appointment. She went through next steps and educated me on treatment options. She was wonderful!
Dr. Coca is great, but the nurses and admin in her office are completely incompetent. They don’t even bother to read your chart before calling you, and if you leave a message with them, there is a good chance they will just never get back to you or communicate the message to the requisite person. It is extremely frustrating to be a patient at this office.
