Dr. Kramer was completely dismissive of my boyfriend’s flare up symptoms, causing him to end up in the ER with an extended hospital stay. Would strongly advise against her as a rheumatologist.
I have read the negative reviews and keep wondering if there is some other Sara Kramer out there giving her a bad name. She was extremely polite, spent a long time with me and explained my condition clearly. She is the best.
A disastrous experience with Dr. Sara Kramer. She showed no facial expression. It's like talking to a brick wall. I went to Dr. Kramer for muscle spasms due to osteoarthritis. The only solution, she told me, was to take Tylenol. This doctor is completely incompetent, arrogant and unfriendly. It's time to retire. Eddie Botazzi.
I should’ve trusted the reviews here. Absolutely horrible experience - doctor was running 50-60 mins late and staff said “should keep a buffer when you come here for an appointment”. Requested a copay refund and walked out.
