Finally finding out what has been my issue. Sara put her finger right on it even exclaiming “there it is”. Thank you, now I can strive to get better.
I feel like I wasted my time going in to see this doctor for only a few minutes for her to recite RICE to me twice. It's obviously something I've already done, and I've already taken the medication that I was given and it obviously wasn't working.
