I am currently on Umrah with them in the last 10 nights of Ramadan…and it is the worst experience anyone could imagine. Like others, I spoke to brother Zameer initially and he appeared knowledgeable and caring. But that could not Ben further from the truth. We booked our Umrah trip with Sara International in November. Had the initial conversation with brother Zameer and was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. However, all that changed once we landed in Medina. The accommodations were really terrible! We were given a tiny room with 4 beds, a tiny bathroom which had sewer like odor and moldy shower. Sara international travel is the best umrah & hajj company. Me and my husband have performed 3 hajj and 4 umrah since 2006. Our resent one was in October 2021 ( Rabbi al .Awwal). We had the best umrah thanks to imam Zameer and his team. We recommend this company to use for your hajj & umrah
