Sara went above and beyond for us! She was very patient and kind while guiding us through our buying process. She was always available to answer any questions we had and really took the time to explain things we were unsure of. If we could give her 6 stars on this review, we absolutely would! :)
Working with Sara Humes was such a pleasure! I can't say enough about her work ethic and how we always felt like we were in the best hands! My daughter contacted Sara last year to start the house hunting process and I was immediately impressed with how she treated my daughter, and her knowledge of the area. My husband and I started looking late last year. So so happy we found Sara! She was patient, pro-active, available, and cared about our priorities. She helped us with every aspect of preparing our chosen home for transfer of ownership and occupation. She was a consistent, calm, and knowledgable voice during this exciting and unsure time. I can't thank Sara enough, or recommend her with more enthusiasm. If you've found Sara - congratulations! I am happy for you! She is the best1
We first met Sara at an open house and shared what we were looking for, making it clear we weren’t in a rush. She stayed in touch at just the right pace. When we found a home we wanted, she acted quickly and made the entire process easy. We had a trip planned during a short escrow, and she went above and beyond to coordinate inspections and vendors while keeping everything on schedule. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d gladly work with her again and highly recommend her... read more
Sara helped me and my family find a home in Morro Bay. She was awesome to work with and, even though we were buying the home from Southern California, she made the process seamless. Definitely recommend
