Even if you have a reservation. You still have to wait for 2 hours after entering. I don't know what the point of such a reservation is. Very bad place. Very dirty. People here don't know how to get a haircut. Never going back. Never recommend to anyone
Sara is patient and friendly. She trimmed my hair carefully. Just recommend to make an appointment at least 2 days early, especially on holiday and weekend.
I went as a walk in yesterday for a hair cut. She told me to have a seat and the wait would be 30mins (which I had no problem with). When it was my turn she had me sit in the chair and as soon as she was about to start 2 other ladies walked in that had appointments with her. She stopped attending to me to talk to them and when one of that ladies asked her how long I would take she said, "oh she is just a trim, 5-7mins".
