bro such a horrible place me and my sister had went there to dye our hair and at first the lady had seem nice and professional but when we got seated and once the lady got started on our hair she was so rough with our hair and you could see how filthy the place once the place is so unsanitary and we did NOT get the color we wanted and my hair came out patchy so then i told her not to continue and to stop and then she proceeded to say no and when she was done my hair came out to look exactly the same and she said she wouldn’t... read more

Even if you have a reservation. You still have to wait for 2 hours after entering. I don't know what the point of such a reservation is. Very bad place. Very dirty. People here don't know how to get a haircut. Never going back. Never recommend to anyone

Sara is patient and friendly. She trimmed my hair carefully. Just recommend to make an appointment at least 2 days early, especially on holiday and weekend.
