This office has dropped the ball. I was scheduled an appointment a month and a half out and they waited until the the Thursday before my appointment to let me know they don’t take my insurance. Then we get to today where I show up for my appointment, I was a few minutes late because I got lost in the hospital, I check in and they tell me I have to reschedule. Ridiculous
Do not recommend her. She completely lost my records and claimed she NEVER saw me before. Even after showing her proof on my phone where I confirmed my prior appointment with her, she still denied ever seeing me. I drove 1 hour to my appointment, took off work early and arrived 30 mins before my appointment, waited 1 hour and 30 mins, and paid my co pay, ONLY for her to tell the receptionist to tell me that she would not be seeing me because she had never saw me before which is not true. VERY disappointed. Showed up to the address online 15 minutes early like i was supposed to and come to find out the address has changed and was 10 minutes across town. So they told me i had to reschedule my appointment for a month out.
