Everyone was friendly and very helpful and considerate
This facility is woefully understaffed. I waited about 90 minutes to be seen by a doc on screen. She was very nice. Receptionists were businesslike, not particularly friendly. And I understand why...they're swamped!! Today I missed a phone call regarding test results and as of this minute I have been on hold for a hour trying to return it. Corewell, you can do better! Get these people some help!
Exceptional experience from staff, Bobby Jo & Sarah (spelling). Thought I would have to wait for an ear infection evaluation, however, once they were made aware of the issue, I was treated immediately. Couldn’t have had a better evaluation & treatment!
My wait time was next to nothing. Every staff member was pleasant & professional. I chose to do the virtual appt, and it went very well. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I was comfortable taking, and it was ready at the designated pharmacy before I left the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility.
The PA was great, but I did not know that the urgent care had no PAs or Docs on site. I’ve been a paramedic for almost 30yrs and cannot imagine removing the physical exam from the care I provide.
